Scope
These terms cover website inquiries and introductory trials with Murray's Martial Arts, LLC, known publicly as Murray's Martial Arts. They do not replace separately signed membership, enrollment or participation documents.
Accurate information and guardian involvement
Please provide correct contact and student information so our team can help with the right program and registration. A parent or guardian should handle signup for a minor. Fitness kickboxing is for ages 16 and older, with parent or guardian consent for students ages 16–17.
Class placement and availability
Discuss class placement and current availability with our team. We can help you select a program appropriate for the student's age and needs.
Refunds for all introductory trials
All trials are fully refundable during the first week of the trial. This applies to all introductory trials.

Trial validity and redemption
Purchased trials are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Only one trial per person may be redeemed.
Signed waivers and enrollment documents
A signed waiver must be on file before any student takes a class or attends an event. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver.
Website forms and these terms are not a participation waiver. Waivers and any required enrollment or guardian paperwork are handled separately. Further membership details, charges and commitments are governed by the enrollment agreement presented separately.
